Darby is here to help our customers navigate the ongoing outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19). We are working diligently to make sure that the products you need are available when you need them. To encourage full transparency, we have outlined the measures we are taking to protect our customers and address this ever-changing situation.

We are working hard to ensure a continuous supply of masks, gloves, wipes, hand sanitizers, apparel and other infection control products for our customers to support daily operations. To maintain the continuity of supply, we have ceased the sale of affected products to all non-Darby customers at this time. We have also temporarily suspended all special pricing, discounts, buy/get offers and bulk orders to ensure that these promotions do not compromise inventory for our loyal customers.

As a provider of personal protective equipment (PPE), Darby has seen an unprecedented surge in demand due to COVID-19. In response to rising raw material costs and sharp price increases implemented by our manufacturers, we have had to pass along temporary price increases on affected products.

Please be assured that this is a temporary disruption until the market and supply chain stabilizes. We are working diligently with manufacturers to control costs, explore alternative supply options and monitor our pricing policy to get you the PPE that you need.

As of March 4, Darby has modified our return policy to make products in the infection control category non-returnable. As demand increases due to concerns over the coronavirus outbreak, this amended return policy is necessary in order to ensure a continuous supply of these products for our customers.

We are continuing efforts to source products from new channels, seek additional quantities of impacted products from current vendors, limit the quantities available to any single customer, and maintain a pricing policy that keeps the best interests of our customers at the center of what we do.
