The Tapered Convex Tip, Straight was developed for the lateral bone condensation of the closed sinus elevation technique. The tip design allows for the insertion of rotationally symmetrical implants (3.3 - 6.5 mm) in soft bone structures. The rounded tip minimizes the risk of perforation when lifting the Schneiderian membrane. The Tapered Convex Tip, Angulated is specially designed for closed sinus elevation procedures in the lateral upper jaw region or in difficult-to-access maxillary areas. The Bone Pushers, Slightly Convex Tip, Straight is designed to condense bone material and/or autogenous bone under the sinus. The Tapered Concave Tip, Straight allows for the transport of bone graft chips from the implant cavity or for condensing them apically.
