Product Delivery
When will I receive my order?
With 1-2 day delivery in most parts of the U.S., Darby provides industry-leading shipping times thanks to automated product picking, handling and technologies such as bar-code scanning and radio frequency systems.
Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Darby provides our customers with a generous return policy for obtaining credit or adjustment on products sold. All returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase. We will arrange to replace, exchange or issue a refund – it's that easy.
Although all Darby brand products have a 100% money back guarantee, any opened items that are not Darby brand products may not be returned for credit.

Billing & Payments
What payment options are available to customers?
Monthly Billing: If you are a licensed practitioner in the U.S., your orders can be billed to an open account.
For your convenience, statements go out on the first of the month and are due on the 15th for the previous month's purchases.
Credit Card: Customers may also log into their online account and pay with credit card. Note that applicable local and state taxes may apply.

How can I change my payment options?

Why can't I change my billing address online?
In order to protect our customers' privacy and prevent fraud, you may not change address information on the web.
