NTI Specialty Carbides are available in friction grip. The Anatomy carbides are 3, 4 or 6 sides (flutes) for defining anatomy in porcelain. They are used mainly in laboratories. The Bonding Resin Removal carbides have a safety bevel at the end of the blade to reduce the risk of cutting striations in the enamel. These are for orthodontic use after removing brackets. The Endodontic Access carbides are for widening the canal in endodontic procedures.
